Details: The Freedom Tray is HOUNDSBAY's tribute to America's 250th birthday — and one of only 250 ever made. Each tray is hand-carved in Allen, Texas from a single solid piece of American black walnut, the same wood early American colonists relied on for musket gunstocks and fine furniture. No two are alike: every tray is individually numbered and engraved on the back with its own year of American history, starting at 1776 for Unit 1 of 250, then hand-signed and dated by our woodcraftsman on an included keepsake card. On the front, the American flag is burned into official government-spec proportions and lettered in Caslon, the same typeface used to print the Declaration of Independence, marking "1776–2026, 250 Years of Liberty." Finished with food-safe mineral oil to bring out the walnut's natural depth, the tray works equally well holding a watch, wallet, and keys on a nightstand or displayed as a standalone collectible. This isn't a tray you'll find again once the run is gone.
